UPDATE: Obama proposes $475 million for Great Lakes Restoration

The new administer of the EPA, Lisa Jackson, has confirmed the Obama administration’s dedication to protecting the Great Lakes. While he was running, Obama had promised $5 billion to cleanup the great lakes.  Kare11 news has a short article about it out today.
